The Eco team are busy being vegetable detectives in the dinner hall. Our challenge is to eat as many vegetables as we can. We have signed up to the #Veg power campaign, you may have watched the advert on channel 4. Studies have shown that after this initiative in schools, children are more willing to eat fruit and vegetables.
