Some of our P7 students took part in the Environmental Youth Speaker Competition, run by Newry and Mourne Council. The topic, this year was all about Plastic in the Ocean.
Each of the P7 students spoke brilliantly and it was very hard to pick one winner. After much consultation our representative for this year was Nicole. You can see Nicole's entry below. We wish Nicole luck in the competition.
Well done to Daibhi, Aoife, Aodhan, Nell, Eva, Philip and Nicole who all spoke brilliantly and highlighted the importance of reducing our plastic intake especially as it effects our oceans.
