If you are interested in entering your child for poetry recital (school's section), your child's teacher will register your child at www.newrymusicalfeis.com (closing date 18th March,£3 per entry.) Please download the relevant class ( Individual Pg 3-)poem below or ask your child's teacher for a copy. The poems need to be practised at home.Parents take their child to the feis on the day of the competition.
No child receiving private speech and/or drama lessons may enter the Schools Section. Children who have attended private speech and/or drama lessons in the past must have ceased those lessons at least SIX MONTHS before entering the Speech & Drama (Schools) Section.
