P7 had the opportunity on Monday to visit the Newry Mourne and Down Council Chamber. They have been learning all about the Good Friday Agreement and got the opportunity to engage with our local representatives and local government to find out more about their jobs and about local issues pertaining to our community. Our thanks go to Councillor Michael Savage, Chairperson of the Council and his staff for taking time out from his busy schedule to host the P7 children.
